David Graves
At the young age of 16, and working part time as an electrician's apprentice in San Carlos, California, David installed his first security system. At 18, he joined the U.S. Air Force where he trained to be a Nuclear Missile Site Security Technician. After his service tour ended, he took a job as an Installation Technician in California. A few years later David met and married Jeri-Lyn. In 1987, David and his family moved to Lake Oswego, Oregon and founded Oregon Security Systems, Inc. with his brother, Robert. In 2004, the family decided to move to sunny Florida. After a couple years of searching for the right area, they found the quiet town of Ruskin and founded Bay South Security.
Jeri-Lyn Graves
Starting out as an accounts payable clerk, Jeri worked her way up the accounting career ladder until she served as the Controller/CFO of a national healthcare provider. In 2004, Jeri assisted the healthcare company with their expansion to the East Coast. She then added to her role by becoming the Regional Operations Manager of Florida and built 15 pharmacies through out Florida. As an accomplished business professional, Jeri uses her lengthy experience in finance and construction to rapidly push Bay South Security to the forefront of the security industry.
